Andalusia Emprende (Spain,) in collaboration with World Entrepreneurs (Switzerland)

Session 385

17:00–18:00 CEST (UTC+02:00), Monday, 7 September 2020 Regional Workshop

This workshop represents a collective initiative to establish impact roundtables in order to discuss the development of support communities and collaborative networks in favour of an entrepreneurship with a local impact and a worldwide range, in the spirit of the UN 2030 Agenda, as one of the cornerstones for managing a sustainable development, with no one being left behind.

From a human and innovative viewpoint about how communities and networks to support entrepreneurs should be, we shall see that the mission of an entrepreneurship community aiming to transform the world, must focus on bringing together those who make a difference locally, creating social value liable to be replicated on a global scale.

To that end, we will share our thoughts on the essential keys to design and develop these communities and networks supporting entrepreneurship, through which a better structural approach might be adopted, to aid their mission of accompanying entrepreneurs as they develop initiatives and projects, thus boosting the impact thereof and promoting alliances by way of collective leadership to attain it.

Through experience and exchange, we will seek to present the keys to accompanying and supporting entrepreneurs during their development of sustainable projects, underlining the specific needs of women entrepreneurs and the fundamental role of technologies to funnel that support quickly and inclusively.

Besides, for those entrepreneurs interested, we will also address the importance of the participation in support communities and collaborative networks capable of empowering them to carry out their mission, and they will be invited to join in in this session.

The objective of the interaction among the participants in this session is to reach a commitment to collaborate in the development and implementation of a joint initiative based on the conclusions and proposed recommendations.
