The discussion will focus on connectivity innovations to increase accessibility and affordability of broadband services to connect the unconnected. In particular, the following topics will be addressed:
- The next ICT Infrastructure to connect the unconnected;
- Infrastructure as the foundation for a digital economy and digital societies
- Technical connectivity innovations
- Affordability and accessibility for developing countries and/or rural communities
- Usage and applications, e.g., local applications development
