               21 Description

The Smart Housing Experience is an end-to-end AI-powered digital transformation initiative
led by the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) in Dubai. The initiative
addresses the challenge of fragmented and delayed housing services by offering a unified,
intelligent, and predictive system that connects beneficiaries with land grants, loans,
construction, maintenance, and support services in one seamless journey.

The pipeline begins with document digitalization, followed by automated AI evaluation, and
concludes with citizen interface modules through a digital dashboard and mobile services. This
modular design enables efficient data intake, real-time eligibility assessment, and seamless
               interaction with stakeholders and customers.

               Main Features:

               • Real-time AI-driven service recommendations
               • Automated loan and grant approvals within minutes
               • Pre-approved housing designs to speed up construction
               • End-to-end API integration with Dubai Land Department, DEWA, Dubai Municipality,
                    Emirates Islamic Bank, and others
               • Customer dashboard for service progress, alerts, and communication

               AI Models Trained:
               • Eligibility Scoring Models: Classify customers based on financial, social, and historical
                    data
               • Urgency Detection Models: Identify priority social cases using sentiment and profile
