Culturalink will continue to reshape its data and knowledge engine, strenthen its AI engine
for domestic and international cultural relics, historical archives, regional characteristics,
and philosophical thought systems. Leveraging AI, it will deeply explore the spatiotemporal
correlations among cultural artifacts and heritage sites worldwide, conduct cross-cultural
interpretations of philosophical concepts, and analyze the spatiotemporal connections between
tangible and intangible cultural heritage to enhance understanding of regional civilization
dissemination and evolution. This will reveal the chronological and spatial trajectories of cultural
development.
The Culturalink platform particularly emphasizes the preservation and transmission of intangible
cultural heritage, supporting the continuity and innovation of cultural diversity. It serves not
only as an AI-powered cultural exploration tool but also as a cultural bridge connecting past,
present, and future. Through multidimensional analysis and digital archiving technologies,
Culturalink fosters inclusive and sustainable development of global cultures, enabling users to
trace cultural diffusion paths across civilizations while providing innovative solutions for heritage

3 Use Case Requirements

REQ-01: The system must support ingestion and integration of large-scale, multimodal cultural
data from at least 172 countries, including both tangible and intangible heritage sources.

REQ-02: The platform must implement robust multimodal data analysis capabilities to process
text, image, audio, and video formats for cultural content understanding.

REQ-03: A knowledge graph construction module must be developed to represent cultural
entities, relationships, and their evolution across time and geography.
