For example, the intelligent dispatch and event closed-loop management functions can quickly
respond to citizens' requests, promote the equitable accessibility of basic services, and pay
particular attention to the needs of vulnerable groups, thereby fostering inclusive urbanization.

The platform's real-time event detection and intelligent early warning functions help improve cities 4.8: Smart home/
social governance efficiency, reduce resource waste, and lower labor demand and operational
costs through intelligent tools, thus driving green urban development. Moreover, with its
efficient data processing capabilities based on large models and the ability to expand into
large-scale application scenarios, the platform is more universally applicable and suitable for
promotion in different urban environments around the world.

               23 Future Work
Work Plan for the First Half of 2025:

Model Refinement and Miniaturization: Develop specialized small models tailored to the
specific needs of urban and community management, ensuring efficient operation in resource-
               constrained environments.

Multimodal Data Integration: Strengthen the platform’s ability to process multimodal data
(text, images, videos), enhancing understanding and analysis of complex urban scenarios, and
               providing more comprehensive intelligent services.

Work Plan for the Second Half of 2025:

Scene-driven Model Optimization: Continuously optimize model performance based on actual
application scenarios and user needs, iterating the product’s capabilities to ensure effective
implementation in urban and community management, and expanding its reach to more
               regions.

Open Source Sharing and Ecosystem Building: Actively participate in the open-source
community, share technical achievements, build a collaborative ecosystem, and promote
the widespread application of large model technology in sustainable urban and community
               development.

               3 Use Case Requirements

               REQ-01 Improving Urban Governance Efficiency
Urban management involves multiple domains such as transportation, environmental
protection, and public safety. Traditional manual processing methods are inefficient, urgently
requiring intelligent solutions to achieve automated task dispatching, intelligent analysis, and
rapid response, thereby reducing administrative costs and enhancing problem-solving speed.

               REQ-02 Optimizing Public Services

Citizens' expectations for convenient and efficient public services are growing. Cities need to
leverage intelligent customer service, automated task dispatching, mobile feedback functions,
and other smart solutions to shorten request processing time and improve citizen satisfaction.

               REQ-03 Reducing Operational Costs
