                                     Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) was constrained
                                     by limited annual budgets and increasing demand for housing loans.
                Problem Addressed    Traditional internal financing models limited the number of beneficia-

                                     human resources.
                                     Outsourcing of housing loan funding to Emirates Islamic Bank (EIB)
                                     through a sustainable financing agreement.
                                     MBRHE guarantees interest payments while the bank disburses the
                                     principal loan amount.

                                     AI models are trained  on  historical  MBRHE  loan  approval  data,
