                      1. Payroll Inquiries Automation

                      Employees often have recurring payroll-related questions that require immediate answers. AI
                      chatbots can handle such queries efficiently, including:

                      Salary Breakdown & Payslip Requests
                      •    Employees can ask: "How much was my salary last month?" or "Can I get my latest pay
                           slip?"
                      •    The AI chatbot retrieves salary details from the payroll system and provides a
                           downloadable pay slip.

                      Deduction Explanations

                      •    Employees can inquire: "Why is my deduction higher this month?"
                      •    The AI chatbot analyses reasons and explains the impact on net salary.

                      End of Service Benefits Query 
                      •    Example: "What is my gratuity?"
                      •    AI can fetch analyses and fetch the gratuity data.

                      Payroll Processing Status
