The trajectory of work over the coming years reflects a clear evolution from ideation to
implementation and ultimately to scalable integration:
• 2024 - Concept based use cases: in 2024, we focused on collecting and analysing
concept-based use cases. These examples offered insights into potential AI applications
across diverse domains, serving as a foundation for understanding opportunities and
identifying key challenges.
• 2025 - Practical pilots and real-world implementations: in 2025, we emphasize practical
pilots and real-world implementations, testing selected use cases in live environments.
The goal is to validate functionality, assess impact, and gather user feedback to refine
solutions and demonstrate feasibility at scale.
• 2026 - Interoperability and scaling: in 2026 we aim to support the development of
open, interoperable, and widely applicable AI approaches. By encouraging knowledge
sharing and common frameworks, this phase will help translate individual successes into
adaptable models that can be widely applied across regions and sectors.
