                    of AI in HRM is available for optimizing decision in HR.
               •    it is critical that a structured framework/tool for measuring AI tools' effectiveness in
                    reducing HRM costs is implemented.
               •    it is critical that strategic recommendations for optimizing AI integration specific to the
                    stakeholder’s business context. This should be based on a documented gaps in current
                    practice where organizations lack practical tools for implementing and evaluating AI
                    solutions in HRM operations.
