2 Use Case Description
2�1 Description
The increasing interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) within HRM has created a pressing need for
practical tools that facilitate effective implementation particularly in the context of LLCs in the
UAE. Despite the rapid digital transformation, many HR departments struggle with identifying
cost-effective ways to integrate AI technologies due to limited strategic frameworks and
actionable guidance.
This Doctor of Business Administration(DBA) research addresses this gap by developing a
comprehensive decision-making toolkit tailored to HR professionals in UAE-based LLCs. The
study introduces a practical framework to assess and measure AI’s impact on reducing HRM-
related costs, while also offering strategic recommendations for AI integration. Technically,
innovation lies in translating complex AI principles into user-friendly tools that support
operational decisions. Practically, the toolkit enables HR teams to streamline processes,
enhance data-driven decision-making, and boost organizational efficiency contributing to
long-term sustainability and agility in a fast-evolving business landscape.
Objectives and Aims:
• To develop a decision-making toolkit for HR managers to guide AI implementation with
a focus on minimizing costs and maximizing ROI.
• To establish a framework for evaluating the effectiveness of AI tools in reducing HRM-
related costs in UAE LLCs.
• To provide strategic recommendations tailored to the UAE business environment for
effective AI integration in HRM operations.
• To empower HR professionals in making data-driven decisions and improving operational
efficiency through AI.
Innovative technological approach being implemented.
• The innovative approach of this use case lies in the development and deployment of a
comprehensive AI-driven toolkit tailored for HRM in UAE LLCs. It combines quantitative
analytics (from surveys of HR professionals) and qualitative insights (from interviews with
senior HR managers) to generate data-informed decision-making tools.
• The solution introduces a structured, locally relevant AI implementation framework - not
only guiding organizations through the adoption process but also enabling them to
measure the ROI and cost-effectiveness of AI tools in HRM.
• Furthermore, the project integrates plans for future automation of these frameworks into
a web-based or mobile platform, making AI adoption more accessible, scalable, and
impactful across the sector.
