The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) Smart App leverages 4.4-Productivity
Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance Human Resources (HR) services for federal
government employees [1]. It provides AI-driven insights, automated leave and attendance
management, smart learning recommendations, and AI chatbots for real-time support [2]. The
app aligns with the UAE Digital Government Strategy [3], contributing to a more sustainable
and efficient public workforce.

and compliance with International Telecommunication Union (ITU) standards will be a priority.
Collaboration with international AI research institutions will help refine models and ensure
ethical AI usage.
