                      •    REQ-03: It is critical that the solution be compatible with Emirates Health Services’ digital
                           infrastructure, including health information systems and patient management platforms.
                      •    REQ-04: It is critical that the AI model is scalable across multiple healthcare facilities, with
                           the ability to process increasing volumes of data and serve a diverse patient population.
                      •    REQ-05: It is critical that all data handling must comply with national and international
                           healthcare data regulations (e.g., UAE data protection laws, HIPAA/GDPR principles).
                      •    REQ-06: It is critical that the platform support Arabic and English to ensure accessibility
                           and inclusiveness for all users.
                      •    REQ-07: It is critical that the mobile and web interfaces is intuitive and responsive to allow
                           easy appointment booking, check-in, and service tracking by patients.
                      •    REQ-08: It  is  critical  that  the  system  use  AI  to predict  peak  times,  optimize  queue
                           management, and recommend operational adjustments in real-time.
                      •    REQ-09:It is critical that the platform generate performance reports and operational
                           insights for decision-makers to support data-driven planning.
                      •    REQ-10: It is expected that the platform include fallback mechanisms to ensure service
                           continuity in case of connectivity issues or technical failures.
                      •    REQ-11: It is critical that the web solution utilize AI techniques (e.g., adaptive loading,
                           content prioritization, compression) to ensure fast loading times and minimal bandwidth
                           use, especially in low-connectivity environments.
                      •    REQ-12: It is critical that the system use generative AI (e.g., voice-to-text, text simplification,
                           automatic summarization, audio guides) to assist users with disabilities, low literacy, or
                           language barriers in navigating digital services effectively.
