and AI-driven services, ensuring universal health coverage for all, including People of
Determination and rural populations.Promotes preventive care, mental health support,
and maternal health services through AI-powered consultations and digital resources.
• Supports continuous medical education for healthcare professionals via the Maharati
e-learning platform and annual conferences such as the Nurse and Mental Health
Conferences.
• Enhances public health literacy through AI-generated medical illustrations, blogs, and
open data resources.
• Provides accessible digital healthcare services for women, including maternal and
reproductive health support, through telemedicine and AI-driven platforms. Integrates AI,
IoT, and cloud-based solutions to deliver innovative digital healthcare services, optimizing
hospital resource management and patient care.
• Ensures equal access to healthcare through AI-powered accessibility tools, multilingual
support in 120+ languages, and a lightweight website version for low-bandwidth users.
• Promotes sustainable healthcare practices by reducing paper use through digital medical
records, e-prescriptions, and AI-driven hospital management systems.

In the future iteration of this product, we will be working on
• Advanced AI Triage & Risk Prediction Models
EHS plans to develop AI models that analyze patient symptoms and historical data to
suggest triage levels or flag high-risk cases in real time. This would help optimize clinical
resources and reduce emergency room overcrowding.
• Expansion of Generative AI for Accessibility
Broaden the use of generative AI to include real-time translation, voice-guided navigation,
and AI-generated simplified medical explanations, ensuring equitable service for users
with disabilities, low digital literacy, or language barriers.
• Integration with Wearables and IoMT
Introduce data streams from wearable health devices and Internet of Medical Things (IoMT)
sensors to enable continuous remote monitoring and preventive care recommendations.
• Personalized Digital Health Journeys
Using AI and behavior analytics, tailor health information, reminders, and services based
on user history, preferences, and medical needs, improving patient engagement and
outcomes.
3 Use case Requirements
• REQ-01:It is critical that the system integrate with UAE Pass for secure authentication, user
verification, and seamless access to healthcare services.
• REQ-02: It is critical that the AI models operate on real-time or near-real-time data from
various sources (EHRs, queue systems, mobile apps) to support timely decision-making.
