Abstracto :

Update on the status of the ASHI liability, including the implementation of the related recommendations of the External Auditor, to inform discussions on the financial plan for the period 2028-2031 at the Plenipotentiary Conference (Doha, 2026). The External Auditor recommended that ITU should, in consultation with Members, develop an overarching policy and strategy for its After-Service Health Insurance liability. This should include a target level for a funded reserve.
