P2C pledges for LDCs, LLDCs and SIDS
The Partner2Connect Digital Coalition (P2C) is ITU’s global alliance to mobilize and announce new resources, partnerships, and commitments for universal, meaningful connectivity. P2C drives digital transformation across all countries, with special attention to the hardest-to-connect communities, particularly in Least Developed Countries (LDCs), Landlocked Developing Countries (LLDCs), and Small Island Developing States (SIDS).
