2024-2026 Generation Connect Youth Envoys (Second Cohort) brings together 184 inspiring young leaders from 64 countries, with strong representation from LDCs, LLDCs, and SIDS, further strengthening youth engagement in global digital development. The Envoys actively contribute to ITU’s work, bringing youth perspectives to national, regional, and global ICT policy discussions. Working alongside Member States and stakeholders, they play a key role in shaping more inclusive digital development agendas and translating youth perspectives into tangible contributions that inform policies, initiatives, and actions for a more inclusive digital future.
