    It was a pleasure to meet with Ahmed Eshakruni, Head of Networks & Service Quality Department at Libya Telecom and Technology, to discuss ways to support Libya's rebuilding efforts, including assistance for telecommunication network restoration and emerging opportunities to drive sustainable growth in the region through partnerships for digital development.
