Raising Awareness to Bridge the Standardization Gap

Our BSG efforts are aimed at developing countries, but the impact of bridging the standardization gap is beneficial for international standardization as a whole.

Awareness Ana to most.png   Activities to bridge the standardization gap include, among others, regional group
meetings, hands-on training sessions, in-depth tutorials, guidelines, e-learning tools
and webinars, fellowship programmes and mentoring activities.

Our international standards are known as ITU-T Recommendations, and are developed through one of our 11 Study Groups (SGs) which cover topics ranging from Security (SG17) and Quality of Service (SG12) to Economic and Policy Issues (SG3)
