Summary: SCOPE: The given ITU-T Recommendation determines requirements to signalling protocol of the quality of service monitoring system. This protocol is used for: remote control of probes for measuring values of the parameters of the quality of service, for saving of measuring results and for providing for customers the authorised access to measuring results. This protocol does not provide for the third party the opportunity to make changes on structure and content of the measuring results. This protocol allows to realize probes with the "black box" functionality - register of all customer's QoS/QoE events and could be used as a trusting protocol for solving contentious issues between operator and customer.
