Summary:

This Recommendation provides a unified global framework for secure and interoperable Remote and Cloud QES systems. It addresses current gaps in cross-border interoperability, harmonizes security, policy, and metadata models, and integrates telecom-grade security controls. The Recommendation also introduces guidance for quantum-safe migration to ensure long-term resilience of Remote QES infrastructures.
