Summary:
|
Fixed, mobile and satellite convergence (FMSC) is the capability that provides services and applications to end users regardless of the fixed, mobile or satellite access technologies being used. The reliability is the ability of a system, product or component to perform and maintain under stated conditions as required for a specified period of time. This Recommendation specifies the general considerations, requirements, framework, network function enhancements, procedures and security considerations of reliability for FMSC in the network-related aspects, in the context of IMT-2020 networks and beyond. This Recommendation provides a guideline and a solution for reliability framework for FMSC for IMT-2020 and beyond.
