This draft Recommendation proposes to address the technical requirements for the seamless integration and intelligent interoperability of multi-sources, heterogeneous cultural resource data. It standardizes metadata compatibility, semantic association, cross-modal expression, and knowledge organization methods, embedding digital cultural resources into an open, interconnected framework. Through interoperability, it breaks down data silos and automatically infers and generates cultural knowledge. This draft Recommendation advocates the construction of data interoperability specifications that take into account cultural diversity.
