The substation intelligent inspection system has been widely implemented, the quality and effectiveness in real operation vary due to the absence of unified evaluation methods. There is an urgent need for a standardized assessment framework that can comprehensively reflect the system’s functionality, stability. Establishing key performance indicators are important to guiding product development, algorithm optimization, and system integration. This draft Recommendation specifies the key performance indicators for evaluating intelligent substation inspection systems, including: basic configuration, functionality, performance, connection and reliability.
