Summary:
|
With the increasing complexity and scale of IoT, there is a growing need for human-centric human-AI collaboration to ensure intelligent, reliable, and adaptive operations. Existing standards primarily address the application of AI in IoT or basic human–machine interaction, but they lack systematic approaches for dynamic collaboration between humans and AI.
This Recommendation specifies the overview and requirements of human-centric human-AI collaboration for IoT. It provides collaborative mechanisms and modes such as context-driven role allocation, flexible task assignment, and closed-loop feedback management. By embedding explainability and traceability throughout the human-AI collaboration process, this Recommendation provides guidance for IoT technology developers and solution providers to support the development of intelligent, reliable, adaptive, and human-centric IoT-enabled digital service systems, supporting diverse and dynamic smart city application scenarios.
