Summary: Digital Financial Services (DFS), particularly mobile money transfers, are increasingly vital to socio-economic development. While ITU-T Recommendations including G.1033, P.1502, and P.1503 provide standardized KPIs and methodologies for assessing Quality of Service (QoS) and Quality of Experience (QoE) in DFS, member states have highlighted challenges in applying them. To address these gaps, a Supplement is proposed to provide practical guidance for regulators and stakeholders in adopting and operationalizing these recommendations.
