This draft recommendation aims to provide a comprehensive artificial intelligence (AI) based performance evaluation framework for the IMT-2020 networks and beyond. It gives an overview of the evaluation framework, configuration specification, metrics, requirements on evaluation results and evaluation suggestions. Based on these capabilities, this Recommendation provides the AI-based performance evaluation framework for the IMT-2020 networks and beyond.
