This draft recommendation provides technical requirements including model construction, deployment and inference, and service management. From the perspectives of platform functionality provision and internal optimization technologies, it proposes specific capability requirements around functionality, performance, and stability. The purpose of this draft recommendation is to build an advanced platform architecture that meets the requirements from MoE model’s construction to service, and to promote the in-depth application and development of MoE models across various industries. This draft recommendation will be submitted to the Q5/21 meeting for discussion and approval.
