Summary: Time series foundation models (TSFMs) platform is an integrated software platform that supports users throughout the entire model lifecycle - from development and training to optimization and utilization. It encompasses functionalities such as data management, model training, model selection, model optimization and model delivery. The establishment of TSFMs platform can provide industries with a unified development paradigm, enhance the efficiency of model construction and deployment, and promote the widespread application and innovation of TSFMs across various sectors. This Recommendation introduces the basic concepts of TSFMs and their platform, identifies the requirements and framework for TSFMs platform, and specifies the corresponding workflows and tasks. Use cases and scenarios are also provided in an appendix. It aims to guide the construction and operation of TSFMs platform, serving as a universal reference for both platform developers and users.
