Summary:
|
With the rapid development of industry, the demand for power supplies in the industries is increasing day by day, and stability and safety have become key requirements. Against the backdrop that traditional lithium iron phosphate battery packs can no longer meet these requirements, immersion lithium iron phosphate battery packs, as a new type of energy solution begins to be applied to the industry. Lithium iron phosphate batteries, with their superior thermal stability, long cycle life, and environmental protection characteristics, have become a better choice to meet the high energy efficiency and safety requirements of various industries. Immersion battery pack is mainly composed of battery units, battery management system, and core coolant. Immersion design enhances the battery's temperature control capability, heat dissipation performance, and fire resistance, so as to provide reliable guarantees for high load environments. At the same time, due to the battery unit being immersed in coolant throughout its operational life, its sealing and material compatibility of battery units should be throughout the transportation and operation. This Recommendation provides technical specification and testing requirements for immersed lithium iron phosphate battery system. It provides a basis for relevant testing and applications within the industry.
