By analyzing multinational cases of adopting AI in telecommunication/ICTs, this Technical Report establishes a knowledge repository to benchmark implementation costs and efficiency gains across telecommunication/ICT ecosystems. The evidence-based outcome will support policymakers from member states in evaluating technology adoption risks, prioritizing infrastructure upgrades, and designing workforce transition strategies, aligning with the priorities set forth in WTSA Resolution 101.
