Summary: This Supplement to ITU-T Y.3184 Recommendations specifies the mechanism for customer-oriented intelligent awareness of network status. The proposed enhancements incorporate a customer-oriented intelligent insights framework, which integrates a customer experience-centric perception layer, analysis layer, and application layer. The enhancements aim to augment the existing architecture with customer experience-centric capabilities, enabling the realization of customer-oriented intelligent awareness mechanisms for network fault detection, network performance monitoring, network resource allocation, network load management, etc. This draft Supplement aims to provide a more holistic view of network status, ensuring that the perception of service quality from the customer perspective carries equal weight in network management and optimization efforts, thereby enhancing the overall quality and reliability of Intelligent Awareness of Network Status.
