With the multimedia service users scale increasing, the user characteristics are divers, multimedia service traffic increasing, multimedia service need to perceive and adapt to frequent changes in the network environment, effective collaboration between the multimedia services and network is essential.
This draft Recommendation specifies the requirements and framework of the self-adaption system for multimedia service in the network aspect, which involves the cooperation between the multimedia system and network. This system enables detailed modeling of multimedia service characteristics, to realize the adaptation of multimedia services to frequently changing network environment changes.
