This draft Recommendation describes best practices aimed at enablement indicator of information and communication technologies (ICT) to other sectors and best practices, and give ICT enablement evaluation method. The application of the best practices defined in this draft Recommendation can help owners and managers to reducing the GHG emission by ICT, such measures could significantly reduce sectors' impact on climate change.
