This recommendation aims to specify framework and functional requirements of microservice governance. This recommendation will introduce the overview of microservice governance, and describe the functional requirements for cloud computing capabilities which can provide microservice governance, and provides an appendix describing use cases to derive the corresponding functional requirements.
