Summary: This draft Recommendation ITU-T Q.TSCA details the requirements for validation of Certificate Signing Requests (CSR) received by the TSCA from CSPs and the requirements for issuance of end-entity and certification authority public-key certificates (in accordance with [ITU-T X.509]) to prevent access of bad actors to the international signalling exchange networks.
