Summary:

The rapid growth of EVs has brought significant challenges to charging facilities, power grid, and charging services. At present, EVs can interact with the power grid in real time through EVSE. However, the existed charging network fails to realize effective data interactive and sharing, and the entire charging network operates inefficiently. As a result, it causes some problems such as poor charging service experience, low utilization rate of equipment, unfriendly vehicle-grid interactive and so on. In order to realize data interactive and sharing among various entities, it is necessary to establish a data sharing service platform of the charging network.
This draft Recommendation specifies the framework of the data sharing service platform among electric vehicles, charging stations and power grid . It also presents the requirements of the platform including data adaption , data pre-processing, data services, application service and platform management.
