Recommendation ITU-T Y.2773 specifies the performance models and metrics for deep packet inspection in evolving networks. This Recommendation specifies deep packet inspection- (DPI-) specific performance models and measure point of DPI performance metrics. This Recommendation also specifies categorization methods of DPI performance metrics. Furthermore, a DPI performance description template and DPI specific performance metrics are specified in this Recommendation.
