It was a great pleasure to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with CERN, the European Organization for Nuclear Research, and to meet again with Professor Rolf-Dieter Hueur, CERN's Director-General. I look forward to a fruitful collaboration with CERN in fields which are in line with our respective mandates, and hope that we can soon start preparing joint studies and publications on subjects of common interest.
This kind of joint cooperation agreement between well-established international organizations can only be of mutual benefit and I know it will be a great pleasure to work more closely with CERN over the coming months and years.
