Wei FENG has been participating in ITU-T activities for the last ten years mainly in the area of NGN and new areas such as M2M and Cloud Computing. He has been SG11 Chairman since 2008 and also promoted ITU-T work in the new areas by supporting the setting up of FGs for CC, Smart Grid and M2M. He also participated in the last four meetings of the ITU-T CTO workshop advisory group. He supported the ITU-T embark on SDN work during WTSA 2012 meeting by introducing the draft which led to a new Resolution 77.
