Mr. Tan Rumeng, Senior director from Guangzhou Research Institute of China Telecom Co., Ltd. He is an expert in the field of EMI/EMC and EMF safety and has over 15 years of EMC experience in ICT protection industries.
Mr. Tan has been responsible for taking numerous products, both commercial and military, through compliance testing. He understands not only the techniques of good EMC design, but also the nuances of troubleshooting elusive EMC problems.
Mr. Tan has published numerous articles for magazines, such as Telecommunications Science, Safety & EMC, etc. He is also an active member of ITU-T/SAC/CCSA, and has drafted out many national industry standards and enterprise standards.
