MA Xin is the vice general director of the telecommunication terminal labs of China Academy of Telecommunications Research of MIIT, the president of East Institute of CATR of MIIT, senior engineer, senior member of China Institute of Communications.
He graduated from the Department of Radio Engineering of the Southeast University in 1990. He has long been engaged in research and standardization of mobile communication and wireless communication technology. He has been organizing the testing of all kinds of communication equipment, and developed a number of industry standards. He also has organized many important scientific research and test projects. His research work is now engaged in the new generation of information technology.
