​Wang Huagang received his B.S.degree in Automatic Control and M.S.degree in Microelectronics from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), CHINA in 2000 and 2003,respectively.
He joined Guangzhou Research Institute of China Telecom Co., Ltd. in 2003. Since 2003 to 2006, he was engaged in research lightning protection technology and standardization work. Since 2007 he has been engaged in EMF area, chaired, participated in the drafting of National and Industry standards, such as GB9043, YD / T1765, YD/ T1082, YD/ T950, YD/ T 2195 and so on. He has published total of 11 professional and technical papers in domestic or IEEE journals in recent years. Since 2010 he actively participates in standardization meetings of ITU-T SG5.
Currently he is an associate rapporteur for Q 5/5(Lightning protection and earthing of telecommunication systems).
