Masuo Suyama has been working on research and development for submarine telecommunication system for more than 25 years. He has been involved in many international and domestic submarine projects. Also, he served as a vice chair of Program Committee of SubOptic 2010 held in Yokohama, Japan. Recently he is engaged in development of submarine observation node.
