Born in 25th Annivesary of Myanmar National Independence day(04-01-1972). Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics) from Yangon Institute of Technology in 1996. Enrolled to Posts and Telecommunication Department-PTD as officer(International Organization) in 1997. Now the most senior officer in PTD and as Deputy Director(Resource Department).
Responsibility include Licensing of Radio Equipment, National spectrum management and certificate of competency on Radio Telephone operators. He had attended international, regional meetings, seminars and forums especially ITU-D Study group meetings. He involved in drafting Broadband Masterplan for MCIT and DSO roadmap for MRTV assisted by ITU to Myanmar.
He is a member of drafting consumer protection law and competition policy in Ministry of Commerce, Secretary of drafting work group on Technical standard for Telecom and ICT in Ministry of Science and Technology, Lecturer in Maritime and Aeronautical Institute under Ministry of Transport.
