Dorcas Muhwezi joined MTN Uganda in July 2004. She is currently Senior Manager Network Quality Assurance. She is responsible for, among others, ensuring Network performance meets prescribed industry QoS standards. She previously served as a Senior Planning Engineer in the same company.
She has an MSc Communication Engineering and Computer Science, Universitaet Duisburg-Essen, Germany and BEng Electrical and Electronics, University of Manchester, UK.
