Objectives: This session will present latest trends and information on cable television-related business. Case studies on cable television systems deployment from various countries will be presented, including information on networks and services, with a focus to support the needs of developing countries who may wish to start deploying cable television services.

Objectives: This session will address innovative type of TV services, experiences and technologies, such as virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), 360-dgree view cameras/displays, 3D projection mapping, 4K/8K displays, smart home, IoT, etc.. The goal is to identify standardization gaps and brainstorm on standardization needs from the cable industry perspective

​16:00 - 18:00 Session 3: Technologies and terminals for advanced cable television services
Objectives: The TV and content delivery on integrated broadband cable networks calls for new type of technologies and smart terminals, which should be able to provide integrated services, including advanced user interfaces. This session will explore recent trends on software and hardware technologies for advanced Cable TV terminals.
