Session 1 will discuss general economic issues of modern telecommunication/ICT markets (changing business and services consuming models, impacts of OTT and convergent networks, etc.)

[16:15 - 17:15] Session 2 : Economic issues of modern telecommunication/ICT markets from an operator’s view

​Session 2 will discuss e​conomic issues of modern telecommunication/ICT markets from an operator’s view (decreasing the lifecycle of telecommunication/ICT technology, increasing the number of operation stations to meet consumer demands, increasing the cost of spectrum resource by the expanding of spectrum auctions, population irregularity leads to commercial positive and commercial negative territory zones for building networks, etc.)
