الثالث للمحتوى الرقمي العربي ينظم هذا العام تحت
عنوان"المحتوى العربي في عصر التحولات الرقمية
الكبرى"، حيث أنه مزمع عقده
في دبي – الامارات العربية المتحدة خلال الفترة من 19 الى 20
أكتوبر 2015، تنظم هذه الدورة باستضافة كريمة وبالتعاون مع الهيئة العامة
لتنظيم قطاع الاتصالات (TRA)
بالإمارات، وبرعاية جامعة الدول العربية وبالتعاون مع وزارة
الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات في مصر ومنظمة الاسكوا.
هذا
المنتدى ينظم تنفيذا لقرار الدورة 18 لمجلس الوزراء العرب للاتصالات والمعلومات
والذي قرر تنظيم المنتدى الإقليمي للمحتوى الرقمي العربي سنويا، بالإضافة فان هذا
المنتدى يعد في إطار خطة عمل المكتب الإقليمي العربي للاتحاد الدولي للاتصالات لعام 2015.
3rd Arab Digital Content Forum
Dubai-UAE, 19-20 October 2015
The Third Regional Arab Digital
Content Forum is planned to take place in Dubai - United Arab Emirates during
the period from 19 to October 20, 2015 under the theme "Arab content in
the era of major digital transformation". This forum is hosted this
year by the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) of the United Arab
Emirates, and is organized under the auspices of the League of Arab States and
in collaboration with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology
in Egypt and the organization of UNESCWA.
This Forum is organized in
implementation of the decisions of the 18th session of the Council of Arab
Ministers of Telecommunications and Information Technology, in which it was
decided to organize a regional forum for Arab digital content on an annual
basis. In addition, this Forum is also in implementation of the 2015
annual plan for the ITU Arab Regional Office.
