ITU-D Study Group 2 -  Question 22-1/2 addresses Utilization of telecommunications/ICTs for disaster preparedness, mitigation and response.  This study question and its work plan were adopted by the World Telecom Development Conference (WTDC) in Hyderabad in 2010. The Q22-1/2 produced a final report that summarizes key findings of the study cycle, the primary outputs of Q22-1/2 are found in Appendices I, II and III.
