Recommendation ITU-T L.1491 describes the measurement methodology and best practices for decarbonization of industrial parks in support of net zero. By describing GHG emission accounting methods for industrial parks, this Recommendation identifies the assessment process and ICT tools required for net zero achievement in industrial parks. Finally, this Recommendation provides practical guidance to achieve net zero goal in industrial parks.
